At Digikentro, we strive to ensure you’re satisfied with our software services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested. Please read it carefully before purchasing.
Digital Products and Services
Our software is delivered digitally (e.g., via download, access codes, or online accounts). As a non-tangible product, it is not returnable once accessed or delivered, except as outlined below.
Refund Eligibility
One-Time Purchases: We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if the software is defective, fails to perform as advertised, or we are unable to resolve a significant technical issue. You must contact us within this period to be eligible.
Subscriptions (if applicable): You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds for the current billing cycle are not provided unless required by applicable law. If you’re charged after cancellation due to an error on our part, we’ll refund the erroneous charge.
Trial Periods (if applicable): If we offer a free trial, no refunds will be issued for purchases made after the trial ends, as you’ve had the chance to evaluate the software.
Non-Refundable Items
Downloadable software or access granted after purchase.
Subscription fees for completed billing cycles.
Services (e.g., setup fees, custom development) already performed.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at hello@digikentro.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. We’ll review your request and respond within [5-7 business days]. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within [10 business days], depending on your bank or card issuer.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeframe:
Check your bank or payment account.
Contact your payment provider (e.g., credit card company or bank), as processing times vary.

Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription or ongoing service at any time by:
Logging into your account and selecting the cancellation option in the billing section, or
Emailing us at hello@digikentro.com with your account details and a cancellation request.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you’ll retain access until then. No prorated refunds are provided for the remaining cycle unless required by law. We’ll confirm your cancellation via email within [2-3 business days]. If you’re charged after cancelling due to a processing error, contact us for a refund of that charge.
Separate Service Contracts
If you’ve signed a separate contract for a specific service (e.g., enterprise agreement, custom development, or premium support), the terms of that contract will take precedence over this Refund Policy where applicable. Please refer to your signed agreement for details on refunds, cancellations, or other obligations specific to that service.
Defective Software
If our software is defective or fails to work as described, contact us at hello@digikentro.com. We’ll attempt to resolve the issue first. If we can’t, you may be eligible for a refund within the 14-day window.
Sale or Promotional Pricing
Items purchased at a discounted rate are eligible for refunds under the same conditions as regular-priced items, unless otherwise stated during the promotion.
