Responsibilities’


  • As a Functional Support Consultant in the To-Increase partner enablement and support team, you will:

  • Serve as primary contact for our customers for (remote) service and support requests on To-Increase solutions for Dynamics AX and D365F&O.

  • Analyze, Investigate and Prioritize support cases and provide acceptable solutions to our partners and customer located world-wide.

  • Secure pro-active and thorough communication, both verbal and in writing, in response to support requests.

  • Assist the To-Increase development team in delivering incident resolutions, software fixes and software testing.

  • Learn new advanced solutions on Dynamics AX and D365 F&O and work with the latest Microsoft technology.

  • Able to replicate the problem scenario in standard environments, perform triage for non-replicable support cases and be able to provide workarounds where possible.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and business acumen across multiple customers at one time.

  • Contribute and maintain the To-Increase knowledge base repository.

  • Follow and develop standard operating procedures.


Requirements and skills


  • Bachelor's degree (CA/ICWA/MBA/Equivalent).

  • At least 3 years, but preferable 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX in both D365 F&0 and AX2012.

  • Functional knowledge of standard Dynamics AX systems functions (T&L and Project accounting), postings, roles and permissions, work flows, batch jobs.

  • Proven certifications on AX2012, D365F&O

  • The ability to quickly learn new functionality, new products, new developments

  • Strong analytical skills, to narrow down requests or issues reported by customers.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal’s as in writing;

  • Strong team player and high customer & commercial orientation with a pro-active attitude

  • Ability to work with international partners / customers. Exposure to cross-cultural working will be an added advantage

  • Energized by working collaboratively to evolve and optimize our customer experience program

  • Love for teamwork and the ability to work within different internal groups to enhance our customer’s experience

  • Proven ability to develop relationships quickly

  • Ability to manage several partners and customers at one time
