3.1. If a refund is approved under the specific refund policy or based on the evaluation of the request, the Company will process the refund to the original payment method used by the Client, unless otherwise agreed upon.
3.2. The refund amount will be determined based on the terms and conditions of the specific refund policy or the merits of the situation.
4.1. The Company reserves the right to deny refund requests if the circumstances fall outside the agreed-upon specific refund policy or if the Client has breached the terms and conditions outlined in the agreement or any other relevant contracts.
